The Company was incorporated on 9 March 2006 under the name of SuperKSH Pte Ltd and further renamed to KSH Holdings Pte Ltd on 22 November 2006 and adopted its present name on 19 December 2006. The Group is a construction, property development and property management group with operations in Singapore, Malaysia and China. The Group’s principal activities are as follows:- (i) construction in Singapore and Malaysia; and (ii) property development and property management in China. The Group acts as contractors in construction projects for private and public sector customers in Singapore and for private sector customers in Malaysia. It is able to tender for public sector projects of unlimited value. Its construction businesses in Singapore and Malaysia are carried on by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd (''KSHEC") and its wholly-owned Malaysian subsidiary, Techpath Construction Sdn Bhd ("Techpath") respectively. Its clients typically include property developers, land owners and governmental bodies. Having established a presence in China since 1997, where the Group is principally engaged in property development and property management, the Group has since developed two properties in Tianjin and Beijing.
